 Responsibilities

• Provide support to classroom teachers with instructional activities and student supervision

• Assist students with classwork, organization, and transitions between activities

• Monitor student behavior and promote a positive classroom environment

• Prepare classroom materials and maintain student records

• Offer support during lunch, recess, arrival/dismissal.

 Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education preferred

• Prior experience working with children strongly desired

• Reliable, patient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• 18 years old or older
